The survey, conducted by an independent third-party research company on behalf of RIS News, invited thousands of retailers to rate 99 software vendors in terms of technology innovation, ROI, support, ease of installation, TCO, reliability, recommendation, ease of administration/maintenance, ease of integration, and overall performance. The researchers also evaluated the breadth and depth of the companies' product offerings and its fiscal strength.
