

Specializing in retail e-commerce, Joey leads Fry's eMarketing Consulting Services and Reporting & Analytics team. With over 13 years of experience in merchandising and e-commerce, Joey consults with clients on their strategic efforts with the goal of driving online marketing and increasing customer acquisition and retention. Since joining Fry in 2006, Joey has worked with clients to implement an established set of Fry "Best Practices" in the field of e-Marketing. In addition to the eMarketing services that Joey provides he also heads up Fry's reporting and analytics offerings. Engaging clients from the prospect stage through and beyond launch, the Fry analytics program offers clients an all-encompassing view into customer behaviors and lays out a strategy to capitalize on the findings.
Prior to joining Fry, Joey was the Director of Merchandising for OfficeMax where he led the online merchandising and marketing efforts of the officemax.com B2C web site. He also spent five years with American Greetings as a Senior Product Manager where his responsibilities included projects from the American Greetings North American Greeting Card Division as well as Plus Mark, the promotional gift wrap division of the company.
Joey holds a Bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Michigan.
