CHALLENGE

Levi Strauss & Co is a privately held multichannel retailer and maker of the global apparel brands Levi’s, Dockers, and Levi Strauss Signature. These brands sell in more than 110 countries around the world.

LS&Co’s e-commerce group wanted to replace their web publishing software and internet access database with a new set of flexible, customized and globally scalable tools.

SOLUTION

Fry Consulting Services worked with LS&Co to determine solution requirements. First, Fry conducted a fit gap analysis to understand current processes and workflow needs for new tools selection. Then Fry researched available tools to provide the best solution recommendation. Once the appropriate toolset was selected, Fry managed the full implementation of the toolset, including UAT and training.

During the project, Fry provided a project workplan, solution design documentation, coordination of third party vendors for custom programming and tools development, and solution testing and training.

RESULTS

As a result of Fry’s work with LS&Co, a new modular suite of customized and scalable tools for web publishing and workflow and image management was implemented in seven months. The primary user group was fully trained and transitioned to the new solution with positive initial results.
