November 12, 2008 -- Fry, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of MICROS Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: MCRS) and leading e-commerce solutions provider, today announced that Charlotte Russe Holding, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHIC), a growing mall-based specialty retailer of fashionable, value-priced apparel and accessories targeting young women in their teens and twenties, has enlisted Fry’s services to manage and grow its existing e-commerce presence.
Under the agreement, Fry will provide strategic consulting services to help guide Charlotte Russe’s online storefront at www.charlotterusse.com. Specifically, Fry will focus on helping Charlotte Russe improve, optimize and grow the eCommerce channel in the areas of ecommerce merchandising, inventory planning and marketing, as well as Web site analytics and program management.

Fry’s Consulting Services team will supplement Charlotte Russe’s online team in optimizing business functions of Charlotte Russe’s e-commerce channel, including merchandise assortment, inventory allocations, marketing analytics and overall customer experience.
