Fry earned the highest score in the "catalog, product content, and site content management" and "professional services" evaluation categories. Fry was tied as the top scoring company in "site management," "product focus" and "financial resources to support strategy."
The report also states, "Fry’s core competencies reside in the business user tools for content, merchandising, promotions, and targeting. Site optimization and A/B testing tools are also very strong and differentiated."
